We strive for transparency in our cooperation with partners who want to invest in property. We are not a property fund; instead, we borrow money from people or let people invest in property with us. Our focus is mainly on the UK, but we also have opportunities to invest in France, although this is a bit more complex due to management and regulatory issues.

Investing
We will work with you to examine your future objectives, your motivation for investing in property, and your expectations for what lies ahead. We will explain our working method to you, and if there is a sufficient match and both parties are confident, we will set up the structure. You handle setting up an LTD in the UK, and we can help you find an accountant. Then we will make a plan of action to achieve your goals.
We will then start searching for the right deals for you while, of course, keeping you updated on the progress. Once we have found a deal that suits your objectives, you will proceed with the purchase under our guidance. We make sure the property is made ready for rental or sale. Once this is done, we will look for a sales or rental agent in order to let your property. We have various types of property for which we have an established network. Regarding returns on letting, the higher the return, the higher the risk profile. Of course, we will also discuss this with you and provide clear and transparent information and advice on the right way to invest successfully. The beauty of our concept is that we unburden you entirely.
Why not invest through a property fund?
The difference between our approach and that of a property fund is that you do not (co-)own the properties with a property fund. The fund is the owner and invests with third-party money. As a result, you have little to no influence on the property fund’s decisions. While investing in property this way may seem like a safe investment, this is not necessarily the case, as you have no say in the policies of a property fund.
When you invest in property through us, you will own it yourself and have a full say in what you want to do with your property and what risks you want to take. This means that you are at the helm and hire us to mediate and relieve you, so to speak.
